The brighter future of our nation lies in the hands of the next generation. Therefore, there is a need of equipping of their potentials and abilities. Project I-Lead is a good preparation for young leaders to widen their horizons from different perspectives of the concept of leadership. Empowering student leaders towards active community participation and molding the youth as catalysts of change are the supreme goals of this project within and outside the school premise.

 

This project prepares student leaders from a wide perspective of their path as a governing body in the school and community. It serves as an eye-opener for young leaders to exert efforts in planning projects for the benefit of the majority of students and community members. Furthermore, there are different activities to measure the capabilities of the youth leaders in decision making, unique techniques, and strategies to solve the problems that can possibly manifest in leading people.

 

Project I-Lead is under the umbrella of different programs, symposiums and capability training in the school and the community that will eventually be helpful in the development of young leaders. This project develops young leaders participate in all school and community programs in the further development of the community.  This project has undergone several proceedings with the consent of parents and with the participation of Barangay officials and member of LGU’s.
